Disclosure of certain aspects of the coaching experience and/or results and outcomes may be needed and can be discussed with you. When appropriate and applicable, only “process” information is shared with the boss, while content and specifics remain confidential.
I am not here to work miracles, make bad feelings go away or make decisions for you. The role of the coach is to guide, discover strengths, identify options and help develop enduring strategies for implementation of new habits. The coaching assignment will not yield results if you are not willing to take action. It is imperative for you to take ownership of the coaching process, be open and take the agreed upon steps. You may take on assignments for every session and are solely responsible for completing those assignments. At the end of the 6th month or another agreed-upon milestone, the Road to Mastery exercise will be conducted to review and track progress.
